- Each of the tools should allow users to log using their Flouzo.com login/pass (OpenID)
- Modifications of the tools themselves should be kept to the minimum (only HTML/CSS theming if possible)
- Flouzo HTML/CSS theme by default for all tools

- Tools default language is the campaign default language

[edit] Blog/aggregator (Rails, home product)
This is a special case, as it is an home-made tool, already partially developped. It is meant to serve as the "central glue", linking information.
- All feeds internal to the campaign are displayed in the home (ml, forum etc.)
- the campaign manager can chose to deselect some feeds so that they do not show
- by default all feeds are shown in the home page
- each feed is shown in a different box
- if the number of items published on all agregated feeds is less than one per week, all feeds are automatically agregated in a single box
- Everybody can submit a blog entry using his OpenID account
- Blog entries are moderated by campaign owner
- Blog entries are sent to the mailing list corresponding to the blog entry language (and is thus also appearing on the related forum)
- Campaign owner can aggregate feeds and choose individual items to be displayed in a 'source' feed
- Source feed can be used to create a blog entry
- Forum threads feeds are aggregated by default
