As a Community Coordinator, you will help communities to develop, either on the Flouzo.net portal or for third-party clients.

You will be in charge of:

  • Taking part in the creation of plans to start different communities, as well as in their implementation
  • Collecting requests and suggestions from the community, and store them in reports
  • Speaking in different places of discussion (forums, chat/IRC, mailing-lists, etc.) in order to dynamize exchanges and help users
  • Answering support requests (request tracker)
  • Writing blog bulletins, news and press releases
  • Tracking the spreading of the news and relations with the press

Skills

  • Passion for online communities
  • Ability to be a spokesperson for the users
  • Writing and online communication qualities (appropriate tone, moderation, writing of bulletins)
  • Propensity to take initiatives and taking any sort of task in charge
  • English required
