Use cases - Fees

Every has a "copec" balance, a currency used as an incentive to bring activity (copecs can't be exchanged or sold, they can only be earned or bought at 1€ = 1000 copecs).
Copec are earned by:
- Buying them (TODO)
- Going through the identity verification processes (L1: 2000 copecs, L2: 5000 copecs, L3: 5000 copecs)
- Adding connections (10 copecs upon acceptation)
- Donating (10 times the donation in euros)
- Having supporters who donate (same amount as the connection donation in euros)
- Getting good ratings from donators of a campaign (ten times the -5/5 rating for every rating, once per user&campaign, caped to 10 times the donation)

Every new account has a starting balance of 0F$ (1€ = 1,000F$). F$ can only be bought and spent, not sold or exchanged.

Xavier donates 10€ to the iceweasels campaign
10€ is sent to Karen bank account
Xavier is credited 10€*(10*2%)=200F$ | formula = donation*(10*commission_percent)
Karen has 300F$ left on her Flouzo account
10€*(10*2%)=200F$ are taken from Karen Flouzo account, now at 100F$ | same formula = donation*(10*commission_percent)

Xavier donates 20€
20€ is sent to Karen bank account
Xavier is credited 20€*(10*2%)=400F$
Karen has only 100F$ left on her Flouzo account, which is insufficient to cover the 20€*(10*2%)=400F$ fee
Karen's Flouzo account becomes negative at -300F$
- Since Karen hasn't entered a bank account number in her profile, Karen receives an email to inform her that her balance is negative, asking her to do so or to credit her account by buying F$

Karen does nothing
A few donations later, Karen's Flouzo account reaches -30,000F$, with still no bank account configured (this is the equivalent of a 30€ debt, or 1,000€ raised at 3%)
Now only pledges can be made on Karen's campaign
- Karen receives an email to inform her of the situation and ask her to credit her account by buying F$

Karen comes to the site and pays 40€ using paypal
Karen is credited 40,000F$, and is now at +10,000F$
An invoice is sent to Karen
Karen's max negative balance is now -40,000F$ (always the highest amount paid on a single transaction)

Karen hasn't registered a bank account yet, so she gets a link to the Bank account registration
Karen registers a bank account there
Once Karen's bank account is registered, she is redirected back to the automatic wire transfers page
Karen changes the transaction amount from the default (30€) to 50€
