Use cases - Organization selection

Karen starts typing "Free Software Foundation"
As she types, a list of 15 organizations with a name starting with the same characters appear, by decreasing level of verification, along with their respective home country name. An extra entry is at the top: "Not in the list"
Karen does not see the FSF in the list, so she clicks on "Not in the list"
A new field appears (AJAX), asking for the organization full name, pre-filled with Karen's search string, along with a country drop down.
The FSF was in fact in the list, so the corresponding entry gets selected.
