- Benoit comes to Flouzo.net to see if his organization, APRIL, is able to receive donations on Flouzo. See Flouzo.net homepage.
- In the search field on the home page, he starts typing "APRIL"
- See Organization selection
- Benoit sees "APRIL, France" and clicks on it
[edit] Organization profile
- Benoit sees the APRIL Organization public profile page
- Benoit sees that the organization has currently a verification level of 0
- Benoit clicks on the link "Allow APRIL (France) to receive donations through Flouzo", which only appears on organization with verification level below 1. Otherwise, only the organization administrator has access to it.
[edit] Step 1 - Essential information
- This step is skipped if the current verification level is at least 1.
- Benoit fills the following personal information about him:
- Radio button choice "I am an administrator of APRIL, France: yes/no" (required)
- Personal name (required, only asked if anonymous)
- Personal email address (required, only asked if anonymous)
- Benoit fills the following information about the organization. The fields are pre-filled with the information Flouzo currently has about the organization:
- Postal address (required if organization administrator). The country can't be changed.
- Contact email (required if organization administrator)
- Contact phone number (required if organization administrator)
- Benoit fills the following optional information about the organization. The fields are pre-filled with the information Flouzo currently has about the organization:
- Website URL
- Logo picture (upload)
- Creation date
- Text description
[edit] Step 2 - Login
- This step is skipped if Benoit is logged or if the email entered does not match a registered account email
- See subsection "Login", with the login pre-filled with the email Benoit entered

[edit] Option 1 - Payment & proofs upload
- Only occurs if Benoit said he is an administrator of the organization
- Benoit enters the organization Paypal account ID where the donations will be received (prefilled if the current organization verification level is at least 1)
- Benoit reads the description on how to activate Paypal's IPN
- Benoit uploads a scanned image of the organization ID proof, which should be an official administrative document from the organization's country State, stating that the organization exists
- Benoit uploads a scanned image of a financial proof from the organization:
- Utility bill (less than 3 months old)
- Tax bill (less than 1 year old)
- Bank statement (less than 3 months old)
[edit] Option 2 - Organization administrators
- Only occurs if Benoit said he is not an administrator of the organization
- Benoit fills the following fields to add two administrative contacts he knows at the organization (required fields, 5 available by default, AJAX button to add more):
- Name
- Email address
- Benoit clicks on the button "Request details from the administrative contacts"
- An email is sent on Benoit's behalf (with her name&email in the From field) to each of the administrative contacts (both pre-filled and new contacts filled by Benoit), asking them to fill information to allow Karen to raise money for them, along with a link to Organization verification. If donation pledges have already been recorded for this organization, the current amount pledged is included in the email.
[edit] Step 4 - Account registration (opt)
- This step only occurs if Benoit's email isn't attached to an account yet
- Benoit is asked to create an account

[edit] Moderation
- Xavier, the moderator, reviews the uploads
- Xavier validates Benoit's verification
- The organization gets its new verification level
- The organization's account is credited with 1,000F$
- Benoit receives an email confirming the organization has first level of verification
- Anyone can setup a campaign for April, France up to a global total of 10,000 €
